What is our Warranty?

All AXIOM products are guranateed for TWO YEARS against manufacturer defects. Note there are specific exclusions to what is covered by warranty, especially relating to incorrect handling of brass and woodwind instruments. See terms of our warranty here

WHAT can be returned?

If an instrument arrives damaged in transit or with a manufacturer fault it may be returned within 14 days for exchange.

If an instrument develops a warranty fault within 2 YEARS of purchase date it may be returned for repair or exchange

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

Any instrument that arrives faulty or damaged must be returned within 14 days

SHIPPING for returns?

Axiom covers the cost of return shipping only in the case of an item that arrives damaged or faulty. In the event of an item which arrives damaged or faulty we will arrange a return label for you. All you will need to do is attach the label and drop the item into the closest post office. No postage will be payable

For all other warranty returns freight is payable by the customer.

CREDIT for returns?

Any refund applicable will be refunded to your credit card or PayPal account

Packing materials?

Any item being returned must be in original packaging and original condition
